Construction Project Manager

Construction Execs is partnering with a well-established, family-owned Atlanta real estate development and construction organization that has been developing, building, repositioning, and operating distinctive properties throughout the city for more than four decades.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who desires greater project ownership and the opportunity to work directly with senior development and construction leadership. We are seeking a PM/CM who genuinely understands construction; someone who can evaluate field conditions, coordinate trades, solve problems, manage subcontractors, make sound decisions, and independently drive projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Ground-up commercial and mixed-use construction
• Commercial interiors and tenant improvements

• The ideal candidate will likely have approximately 7-12 years of construction experience.
