The Instructional Designer/Content Developer contractor is responsible for the design and development of digital training courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Studio 360. The contractor will also have a working knowledge of Tech Smith Snag It and Adobe Captivate.
The contractor may also provide support in creating other training materials, including, but not limited to, job aids, videos, etc.

Job Responsibilities:The Nex Gen Instructional Designer/Content Developer will be responsible for the design and development of digital training courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Studio 360. The Instructional Designer creates effective online courses, is familiar with instructional design technology ancillary tools such as graphics, video and sound editors, and models effective instructional design and content development practices.
This contractor position requires an individual to support the DOAS/SPD Training and Development team, operate with a high level of independence, and have strong project management, communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for creating innovative learning and educational solutions.
The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker who is technology savvy, results driven, innovative and personable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
