MELT is seeking a Social & Digital Content Creator with an Instagram-first mindset and strong Tik Tok instincts to capture, create, and publish social-first content across MELT, our clients, and talent. This is a hands-on role for a creator who can concept, shoot, edit, and post platform-native content tied to sports, live events, and brand moments often in real time.
What You’llDo- Concept, capture, edit, and publish original content across Instagram (primary), Tik Tok (secondary), plus X, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging platforms
- Capture real-time content at events, games, activations, shoots, and brand moments
- Edit short-form, vertical-first video and photo contentoptimizedfor each platform
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, account, and production teams to bring campaigns to life
- Support content calendars and social storytelling for MELT and client programs
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, sounds, and best practices
- Help elevate MELT’s voice and visual identity across digital channels
- 2–3 years creating social-first content for brands, agencies, athletes, events, or entertainment
- Strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and Tik Tok (and why)
- Strong shooting and editing skills (mobile + camera); comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom,Cap Cut, or similar
- Ability to work quickly under live-event timelines and shifting priorities
- Excellent creative judgment, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for sports, culture, music, and storytelling
- Sports, NIL, entertainment, or live event experience
- Motion graphics/animation
- On-camera confidence or host-style presence
