Creative Manager

Based in Atlanta, Sodo Athletic Lab is a newly re-launched premium active wear brand for individuals who demand more from their apparel.

We are hiring a Creative Manager with a clear path to Creative Director for the right person. In this role, you will own all elements of creative strategy and execution, from concept to production. If you have significant experience and are an exceptional fit, we are also open to hiring immediately at the Creative Director level.

• Concept, create, and execute high-performing branded content across all mediums
• Own the creative process end-to-end—from idea to production to post-production
• Produce photo and video content yourself, and in coordination with agencies and freelancers
• Use current creative tools, AI workflows, and editing platforms to create compelling content
• Build a scalable creative system to drive performance and measurable results
• Partner directly with leadership to align creative with marketing and growth objectives
• Over time, hire and lead a creative team, evolving into Creative Director responsibilities

• 5+ years in creative roles for brands and/or agencies
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional proficiency
• Experience with creative tools (Adobe, Figma, AI tools, production workflows)
• Ability to create content independently, as well as manage outside partners
• Knowledge of camera/video equipment, shooting, lighting, and editing tools
• Strong connections to Atlanta’s professional creative community
