We’re looking for a Senior Designer who sees design as infrastructure for growth—built in the field and made to last.
Work that aligns teams, sharpens positioning, and gives companies a durable edge.
About FieldworkFieldwork is a design-led studio partnering with founders, CMOs, and product leaders at pivotal moments.
When companies are evolving.
When perception must shift.
When systems need to scale.
We build brand identities, digital products, campaign systems, and creative frameworks that are grounded in strategy and engineered for durability.
We believe the best work starts close to people. In the field.
And the strongest systems are the ones that hold under pressure.
The RoleThis is a senior-level design role with real ownership.

You will:

- Design thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences
- Turn strategic positioning into sharp, cohesive visual systems
- Build scalable design foundations, not one-off assets
- Present and articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with strategy, motion, UX, and leadership
- Elevate the level of craft across every project
This role requires both conceptual thinking and disciplined execution.
What we are looking for:- 10+ years experience in a design studio or agency environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong brand systems and digital work
- Clear systems thinking and typographic discipline
- Ability to operate confidently in strategic conversations
- High fluency in Figma and modern design workflows
- Motion literacy or curiosity is a plus
- Interest in emerging AI tools as creative accelerators
