This is a full-time, up to 40hr/week hybrid internship program. Candidates must be available Monday–Friday. We’re closed on Juneteenth (6/19) and Independence Day (7/4)! - COMPENSATION: $15/hour

Explore just how far you can go in our 10-week program, Monday, June 1st - Friday, August 7th. We make it a point to ensure our apprentices leave with a few extra tools in their proverbial tool belts. Each week, we train our apprentices on something new by means of sessions and panels, in addition to a summer-long project.

Qualifications/Requirements- Ability to work 40 hours per week (full‑time)
- A minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Problem‑solving abilities; resourceful
- Communication skills – both verbal and written
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Authorized to work in the US and legal residence in Georgia
The AM/PM Hybrid Apprenticeship will gain experience across both client relationship management, project management, and operations to understand how we intake client assignments, create project briefs, resource teams, partner with clients, manage client budgets and timelines, and guide strategic and creative projects from start to finish. Throughout this program you will partner with all disciplines across the agency.
STRATEGYThe Strategy Apprenticeship is a deep dive into the nuanced world of communications and content strategy, where you'll help shape the voice and vision of brand narratives. As a Strategy Apprentice, you will collaborate directly with our seasoned strategists to develop and refine communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. This role provides the opportunity to engage in comprehensive content planning sessions, contributing to the creation of integrated campaigns that effectively merge traditional and digital media.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have gained invaluable insights into the strategic process behind compelling storytelling and audience engagement in the fast‑paced realm of advertising.
The Production Apprenticeship offers a hands‑on learning opportunity for aspiring producers looking to gain valuable experience in the fast‑paced world of advertising and in‑house production. As a Production Apprentice, you’ll be immersed in the day‑to‑day operations of our production team, working across various media formats, from digital video and social content to broadcast. You'll be involved in everything from project coordination and logistics to asset management and on‑set support, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how a full‑service advertising agency runs production from start to finish.
