About I’RAISE I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, founded in 2012 in the heart of the North Bronx, began as a mentoring program for at‑risk female youth living in New York City Authority Housing. Under the leadership of CEO Shanequa Moore, the organization expanded its reach to support vulnerable children and youth.

I’RAISE is seeking a creative and community‑centered Art & Music Facilitator to join our Activation Tour across Georgia. This role uses art, music, movement, and creative expression to engage youth and young adults in in‑person experiences focused on emotional wellness, identity, and connection, alongside our Mental Health Team. Facilitators will lead interactive, arts‑based workshops that create space for self‑expression, reflection, and dialogue.
This is an opportunity for artists and creatives who want to use their skills to support youth well‑being and community healing.
- Facilitate in‑person art- and music-based workshops and activities during Activation Tour events across Georgia
- Use creative tools such as music, rhythm, movement, storytelling, writing, or collaborative art to support emotional expression
- Collaborate with the Mental Health Team to align creative activities with mental wellness themes
- Engage youth in conversations around identity, confidence, stress, self‑expression, and community
- Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic environment for participants
- Adapt facilitation style to different age groups and audiences
- Assist with event setup, event flow, and participant engagement as needed
- Represent I’RAISE’s mission and values with professionalism at all events
- Share brief reflections or feedback after events to support program improvement
- Experience in art, music, movement, or creative facilitation
- Passion for youth development, creative expression, and mental wellness
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Comfortable leading activities and speaking in front of groups
- Ability to travel within Georgia for in‑person events
- Background or interest in psychology, social work, education, arts, or nonprofit work is a plus
- Use art and music to make a meaningful impact on youth mental wellness
- Gain hands‑on experience working with a multidisciplinary mental health team
- Strengthen facilitation, leadership, and creative programming skills
- Connect with artists and nonprofit professionals doing community‑based work
