Position Overview:

RTW Photography is seeking experienced contract photographers and videographers in the Atlanta area to support corporate conferences, live events, and professional headshot activations. This role is ideal for reliable creatives who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong professionalism, and can confidently represent the RTW brand on-site.

• Capture high-quality event coverage including keynote speakers, networking moments, branding details, and candid interactions
• Execute professional headshot stations with proper lighting, posing guidance, and efficient guest flow
• Arrive prepared with professional gear and backups; maintain equipment throughout the event
• Collaborate with event teams and RTW leadership to ensure seamless execution
• Provide a concierge-level client experience—acting as a resource and solution on-site
• Deliver images/video files according to RTW standards and timelines
