Creative Director
OverviewWe are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the visual identity and brand evolution for a rapidly scaling, multi-channel modern beauty brand. This role is responsible for defining the overarching creative strategy across digital platforms, integrated campaigns, and product innovation—bringing a sophisticated, “design-first” lens to every brand touchpoint.
Key ResponsibilitiesVision & Evolution:
Define and steer the brand’s visual narrative across web, social, and omnichannel marketing initiatives.Strategic Concepting:
Lead the end-to-end development of high-impact marketing campaigns, translating business objectives into elevated creative solutions.Executive Partnership:
Work as a strategic peer to the C-Suite to ensure creative output drives growth and brand equity.Hands-on Craft:
Oversee—and personally execute when necessary—premium graphic design, ensuring a standard of excellence across all visual assets.Leadership:
Direct a lean internal design team and manage a network of external partners, including photographers, stylists, and agencies.Brand Stewardship:
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and consistency across a diverse portfolio of content and product launches.
Leadership
Experience:
Proven track record in a Creative Director or senior-level role within a high-growth beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle environment.Technical Artistry:
Advanced graphic design skills with a refined, contemporary visual sensibility.Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio showcasing “taste-driven” brand work that balances high-level concepting with technical execution.
Operational Agility:
The ability to navigate big-picture strategy while remaining “in the weeds” of design and production.Collaborative Impact:
Experience reporting directly to executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Location:
Hybrid/On-site capability in LA, NYC, or Atlanta.
