Forward-thinking agency is looking for an AI‑Native Designer to will help build an AI‑native, social‑first creative engine that makes work people screenshot, brag about, and use in mood boards—and that clients feel genuine FOMO if they don’t buy. We’re looking for a hands‑on Designer who is part maker, part strategist, and fully fluent in culture and AI.
What You’ll Do- Design big, integrated ideas from insight to execution across brand, social, digital, content, and experiences.
- Deliver fame and performance – Create ideas that are both scroll‑stopping and sales‑driving; measured by saves, shares, watch‑through, and revenue.
- Design systems, not stunts – Architect platforms of content that travel across channels, repeat, compound, and build brands over time.
- Be eyeball‑deep in AI – Use LLMs, Gen Image, LVMs, and diffusion/video models (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Sora 2, Seeddance, Kling 2.5, Google VEO, and emerging tools) as part of your daily workflow to ideate, iterate, prototype, and refine.
- Set the pace on platforms – Lead work that is Tik Tok‑native, Reels‑native, Shorts‑native, OOH that photographs itself, and .com experiences that convert.
- Endlessly curious & strategically minded – You chase human truths, not just trends, and know how to turn insights into sharp, simple creative platforms.
- Socially fluent – You live where culture happens and understand how ideas behave differently on Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- AI‑native – You see AI as workflow, not a toy. You use LLMs and gen models to think, explore directions, create references, and sharpen craft.
- Builder, not a bystander – You’re excited by ambiguity, comfortable shipping fast, and willing to prototype in public.
- Collaborative to your core – You hate silos, you love sitting next to production, strategy, media, and tech, and you actively invite them into the process.
- Challenger DNA – You bring the same ambition to scrappy builds and scaled campaigns; you believe fame is a valid brief.
- Craft‑obsessed – Even at speed, your work looks like it was made by people who give a damn—sharp, hungry, and never coasting.
- Comfortably uncomfortable – The idea of “building the engine that makes headlines” scares you a little and excites you a lot.
- Proven experience designing with integrated, social‑first work in your portfolio.
- Hands‑on experience working with or directing social content, digital experiences, and video production.
- Demonstrated use of AI creative tools (LLMs, gen image/video, diffusion, etc.) in your process.
- Strong presentation skills; able to sell big ideas to internal stakeholders and clients in one tight, compelling story.
