OUR FORMULA.

Chemistry is a full-service hybrid agency designed for an uncertain world. The agency builds culturally relevant brands and solves complex business challenges by merging creativity, technology, and culture. With offices in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, New York, and Miami, Chemistry’s fully integrated capabilities span strategy, creative, digital, media, and multicultural content.

What You’ll Do.
  • Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring work is on time and on budget.
  • Develop timelines and identify resources in partnership with internal stakeholders prior to briefings.
  • Collaborate with the broader PM team to allocate and manage internal and external resources effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, account, media, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to build holistic, integrated project plans.
  • Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot roadblocks before they impact timelines.
  • Mediate conflicts with poise, empathy, and strong communication.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, including quality control and proofreading.
  • Continually evaluate and improve processes in collaboration with all departments.
  • Keep teams informed, aligned, and supported — without micromanaging.
What We’re Looking For.
  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through a combo of education/formal training and 1–3 years’ work experience in project management within an integrated agency environment.
  • Strong interest in working with people and the ability to collaborate across diverse personality types.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tactful problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑first mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Trusted listener with the ability to handle conflict constructively.
  • Project management software experience preferred.
LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.

How can we expect you to do your best work if you’re not living your best life? We can’t.

Come to Chemistry and take advantage of…

  • Generous PTO, because recharging fuels creativity.
  • Comprehensive wellness benefits, because peace of mind (and body) matters!
  • Donation Matching, give back, and we’ll double down.
  • Growth and Development Opportunities, keep learning, keep growing.
  • Retirement Savings, your future self will thank you.
  • Paid Parent Leave, family first, always.
BE THE CHANGE.

Studies have shown that marginalized communities such as women, LGBTQ+, and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. However you identify, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work every day. At Chemistry, we believe that diverse teams are multipliers.

What's the best that can happen?
