About I’RAISE I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, founded in the heart of the North Bronx in 2012, began as a mentoring program for at‑risk female youth living in New York City Authority Housing. Shanequa, a Bronx native who overcame poverty and significant life challenges, was inspired to give back to her community, creating a resilient organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and youth.
PurposeOversee backstage flow, cues, and event timing.
Responsibilities- Cue speakers and performers
- Coordinate with AV team
- Keep the event on schedule
- Communicate with Creative Director & Host
- Experience in production or stage management
- Strong timing and multitasking skills

Rehearsal + event day
