Senior Product Designer

Onsite 3 days a week - midtown Atlanta, GAOverview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Designer to create user-centered experiences and interfaces that improve end-to-end customer journeys. This role will focus on designing innovative digital experiences that enhance usability, functionality, and overall product quality.

The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio, deep expertise in UX and product design, and demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Claude, Replit, or similar technologies.

Required Qualifications Experience

+ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within a product design organization or similar environment

+ Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams

+ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design execution

Technical Expertise

+ Expert-level proficiency in Figma

+ Deep understanding of:

+ User-centered design methodologies

+ UX research practices

+ Design processes and frameworks

+ Experience creating:

+ Wireframes

+ Prototypes

+ User journey maps

+ Information architecture diagrams

+ High-fidelity designs

AI & Emerging Technologies

+ Demonstrated AI fluency and practical experience using tools such as:

Key Responsibilities Design & Delivery

+ Create user experiences and interfaces for digital products and services

+ Develop wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs

+ Produce design specifications ready for engineering implementation

+ Ensure consistent user experiences across products and platforms

User-Centered Design

+ Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle

+ Analyze customer research, business insights, and data to inform decisions

+ Conduct industry and competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement

+ Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
