• Lead conceptual “big idea” thinking and translate business challenges into creative concepts and scalable systems.
• Develop strategic, best-in-class omni‑channel marketing campaigns across high‑volume digital deliverables.
• Design best‑in‑class websites and digital experiences using a strong foundation in UX/UI

• Balance high‑level concepting with detailed production development to ensure precision, consistency, and brand integrity across assets.
• Build integrated campaign ideas by partnering with Copywriters and Creative Directors

• Develop data‑driven, on‑strategy creative grounded in storytelling and build thinking.
• Design and execute digital media including websites, microsites, display, email, social, and mobile experiences
  .
• Demonstrate expert‑level production design and deliverables from client presentation through development handoff.
• Work within design systems, pattern libraries, and component‑based frameworks
  .
• Support project planning by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including onshore and offshore partners.
• Lead client‑facing creative presentations by articulating thinking and building confidence in ideas.
• Mentor junior creative team members and guide creative & concept development.
• Maintain strong file organization and naming conventions throughout the production process.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in digital design or art direction (role target: 6-10 years
  ).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
  :
  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience using AI‑powered creative tools

• Awareness of emerging technologies and platforms
  .
• Strong aesthetic sense, including typography and information design.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and user experience

• Ability to concept at a high level and execute at a detailed level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with offshore teams (required).
• Strong online portfolio showing both conceptual direction and production work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Video/motion design experience is a plus.
• Agency or professional services environment experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to balance concept development with production execution.
