WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThe Editor, Digital Content, works directly with Bain’s senior partners and thought leaders to help them produce published insights capturing Bain’s point of view on the most pressing challenges facing business.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a rare combination of skills: the ability to write and edit with authority in both long- and short-form formats, and a deep fluency in digital content presentation—including data visualization, infographics, and other web-native formats—that together allow Bain’s insights to reach time-starved executives in the most compelling, succinct ways possible.

A strong grasp of high-level business concepts and genuine intellectual curiosity about the issues facing global business leaders are fundamental to success in this role.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMThe Editor works directly with Bain’s partners to shape and sharpen their ideas, challenging them to hone their insights and find the most compelling messages. They are a recognized subject-matter expert in digital content production and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every project. It's essential that you have a sophisticated understanding of how to use artificial intelligence in the content development process to accelerate every facet of that process while producing copy that reflects the genuine human voice of Bain’s experts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Developing, creating, and curating high-quality content that reflects Bain’s industry and capability points of view across a range of digital formats, including long- and short-form articles, data visualizations, infographics, interactive features, and email newsletters.

Fluidly moving between text-based storytelling and visual presentation of data and insights to produce content that serves a sophisticated, time-starved executive audience.

Working directly with Bain’s partners from the inception of an idea through to publication—providing editorial feedback to sharpen the concept, developing outlines, and editing drafts—while demonstrating the ability to push back on senior stakeholders and challenge them to hone their insights and surface the most compelling, provocative messages.

Posting and displaying content on  and other online channels, and creating and maintaining documentation of Bain’s online publishing processes.

Leveraging AI tools and platforms throughout the content development process to accelerate production while preserving the genuine human voice of Bain’s experts and the firm.

ABOUT YOUThis role requires a highly experienced digital editor with exceptional writing, editing, digital storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
