Manager, Creative Services; Design

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Creative Services (Design) to join our Clients and Markets organization.

• Lead the concept development, visual design, and brand identity strategy for major internal and external integrated creative initiatives, campaigns, and firmwide events
• Serve as the primary design lead on active projects, directing creative teams through all phases of execution
• Act as the central creative liaison to internal clients and stakeholders while integrating with specialty disciplines (UX/UI, Digital, Video, Copywriting) to deliver unified multi-channel solutions; partner with Project Managers to coordinate resource scheduling and oversee end-to-end delivery using internal workflow tools (Optimizely / Design Track)
• Enforce brand guidelines across all digital, print, and multimedia touchpoints to guarantee consistency firmwide; accountable for ensuring creative quality by reviewing deliverables against industry benchmarks and project criteria for accuracy, polish, and launch readiness, and sharing learnings with the broader design organization
• Encourage innovative thinking and creative solutions; champion the adoption of new technologies, best practices, and generative AI design tools across creative workflows; oversee effective use of AI tools and platforms
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment that encourages engagement and aligns with core values; serve as the Performance Management Leader (PML) for assigned direct reports (Senior Designers, Associate Designers), providing continuous guidance and skill development
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

• Minimum seven years of recent progressive experience in visual design, art direction, and brand identity development preferably within an in-house creative agency, design consultancy, or corporate professional services environment; minimum two years of demonstrated leadership experience directly managing, mentoring, or leading multidisciplinary design teams (including Senior and Associate Designers)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, digital media, or a related field; or minimum ten years of equivalent practical professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping software, including
  
  Adobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma / modern design system platforms
• Exceptional interpersonal and executive presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership; strong capacity to navigate complex, fast-paced project environments, and balance creative ambition with rigorous deadlines and budgets
• Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into compelling creative strategies, multi-channel marketing campaigns, event identities, and brand systems
• Demonstrated expertise and forward-looking adoption of generative AI design workflows and tools, and modern digital trends; deep understanding of enterprise brand guidelines, typography, layout hierarchy, print production, and digital accessibility standards
