We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused Web Designer to create engaging, visually compelling, and easy-to-use websites and digital experiences. The Web Designer will work closely with marketing, development, content, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into professional and effective web designs.
This is a full-time position offering $65,000–$85,000 per year
, depending on experience, technical skills, portfolio quality, and qualifications. Candidates with strong experience in responsive web design, UI/UX, Figma, design systems, and modern web technologies may be considered toward the upper end of the compensation range.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, page layouts, mockups, and high-fidelity web designs.
- Develop intuitive and visually consistent user experiences.
- Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Work with marketing and content teams to create landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Create graphics, icons, banners, and other digital assets as needed.
- Maintain consistency across websites, digital products, and marketing materials.
- Conduct basic user research and use analytics or feedback to improve website experiences.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain and improve existing websites and design systems.
- Stay current with web-design trends, technologies, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.
- 2–4 years of professional web-design or digital-design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive website and UI design.
- Proficiency with Figma and/or comparable design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
