Our Client Services Specialists are not a call center; these teammates are highly trained and are the first point of contact for our global clientele. This is not the typical Client Services role, as you receive ongoing and in-depth training to be a high-impact resource for our clients. This dedication to continued learning contributes to the client experience as well as the company’s goals and culture.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Responsibilities- React swiftly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and actively address client needs
- Manage online orders and provide every customer with accurate and exceptional service, closing out their experience with prompt follow-up
- Obtain Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures
- Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure effective and efficient customer service
- Provide customer feedback to internal parties, continually improving our approach to excellence
- The desire to work with people continuously and to be a problem solver
- Fluency with technology
- Excellent personal, as well as written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Autonomous decision-making and problem resolution skills
- The desire to be part of a team and to be a high performer
