Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Part Time in Cumming, GA

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Simple IRA
• Growth opportunities within the agency

• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to relate effectively to customers
• Property and Casualty license (must obtain)
• Life and Health license (must obtain)
