Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
- Assist residents, applicants, and prospects with inquiries and concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures
- Navigate multiple queues and service categories effectively
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Document interactions accurately in the system
Experience:
- Must have skills: - ["Bilingual Spanish English", "Customer Service", "Call Center Support", "Inbound & Outbound Calls", "Voice Support", "Resident Services Support", "Multi-Queue Handling"]
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — native or near-native proficiency
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
, preferably in voice support - Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to manage multiple service queues, including:
- Maintenance
- Resident Services
- Lead-to-Lease
- Renewals
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated:
- Empathy
- Problem-solving ability
- Professionalism during challenging interactions
- Flexible availability to work shifts between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (two shift schedules)
