Currently hiring for a client, 100
GROUP Atlanta. They are a technology-driven payment processing company helping merchants nationwide accept electronic payments more efficiently. Customer-focused, fast-moving, and team-oriented — and are looking for an energetic Customer Support Specialist to be the friendly first voice our merchants hear.
- Be the first point of contact for merchant support calls
- Handle basic service requests, including refund info collection
- Assist with onboarding new partner software clients
- Learn our systems and gradually take on more technical support tasks
- Collaborate with sales + operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Keep organized notes, follow-ups, and maintain excellent communication
- Enjoy helping customers and solving problems
- Are friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
- Are detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Have 2+ years of customer support experience (call center/fintech/banking is a plus but not required)
- Are comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, and web-based tools
