Role OverviewJoin a fast growing, family owned plumbing company as a Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping schedule services, manage follow ups, and support sales opportunities. This role focuses on building trust, driving repeat business, and delivering an excellent customer experience while earning performance based bonuses.
Requirements- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a sales focused or performance driven environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to manage calls, texts, emails, and scheduling systems
- Willingness to learn internal software and processes
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or home services preferred
- Annual earning potential of $50,000 to $75,000
