Respond to customer order and quotation requests via telephone, e-mail, written and faxed correspondence within departmental service goals;
Perform follow-up to ensure customer service expectations are met;
Facilitate profitable growth and sales process by adherence to department incentive programs;
Research and suggest alternative products to customers;
Resolve customer issues including issuance of credit concessions
