Pay Rate: Competitive – Based on experience
Shift Information
- Hybrid schedule: In office Monday & Wednesday;
Remote Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Training: Onsite daily in Wildwood office before hybrid schedule begins
- Available shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 openings)
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2 openings)

Position Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Associate II to support national and regional chain accounts by providing high-quality customer service and operational support. This role will respond to email, phone, and web inquiries while working closely with internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Enterprise Business Services.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is comfortable using multiple systems to resolve operational and account-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support chain account customers with inquiries and account-related requests.
- Respond to email, phone, and web-based customer inquiries.
- Assist with account reporting, sales presentations, and customer documentation.
- Monitor and resolve customer, driver, and sales team inquiries.
- Help coordinate solutions and escalate ongoing customer issues.
- Participate in customer meetings to support operational and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain working knowledge of company tools, reports, and systems.
- Route inquiries to appropriate internal teams such as AP, AR, and Sales.
- Collaborate across teams to gather and share critical information.
Required Skills / Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of customer service or account support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable learning CRM, ERP, or order processing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
