Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and visitors;
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests, routing and resolving issues whenever possible;
Create, update, and track work orders and preventive maintenance requests within the property management system;
Support tenant relations initiatives including move-ins/outs, welcome packages, building communications, and tenant events;
Maintain organized digital and physical records to ensure accuracy and compliance
