Business Development / Client Success Associate

We are hiring a customer-focused Business Development / Client Success Associate to support client relationships and deliver high-level service. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience while helping drive engagement and long-term partnerships.

This is a highly customer service–driven position where responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building are key.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt, high-quality support
• Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and work toward first-call resolution whenever possible
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training on systems, tools, and services
• Help clients fully utilize available products/services through clear communication and guidance
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
• Drive engagement and encourage participation in programs and offerings
• Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for process and service improvements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client support, or sales support
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred
• Bilingual required (must be able to communicate effectively in two languages, both written and verbal)
• Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000 + bonus potential
• Onsite role with a client-facing environment (Atlanta-based office)
