Infor Inc. is looking for a Retention Program Execution Manager based in Atlanta to lead customer adoption and retention initiatives across the Customer Success organization. The role is focused on translating defined retention strategies into scalable processes and executing them consistently.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience with in a SaaS environment and demonstrate strong project management skills, specifically in executing retention initiatives.
