** Job Description
***** Overnight

Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
****** Hands-on, people-first, and always moving forward.
*** Fox Rent A Car is looking for motivated team members who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering both operational excellence and strong customer service. Our Operations Customer Service Agents support vehicle preparation, customer assistance, and fleet coordination to help keep airport operations running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and working directly with customers and team members throughout the day.
** Your Primary Focus Is To
**** Customer Assistance & Service:
*** Help customers find vehicles and assist with luggage
* Handle vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades
* Ensure vehicles are prepped and positioned for departure
* Welcome returning customers, and conduct thorough inspections
* Check for damage, record mileage, verify fuel levels, and secure keys
* Ensure customers remove all belongings safely
* Process paperwork, explain charges, and answer questions
* Verify rental agreements and finalize checkouts
* Obtain signatures and manage documentation
** Vehicle Transportation & Coordination:
*** Move vehicles throughout the facility and to off-site locations — overflow lots, dealerships, body shops
* Run reservation lists to ensure proper vehicle availability
* Transport vehicles between return areas, prep areas, and ready lines
* Fuel vehicles and handle strategic parking
** Education & Experience
*** Valid driver's license and proven ability to safely operate various vehicle types
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent people skills and patience with customers who might be stressed about travel
* Physical ability to stay active, move around the facility, and handle hands-on vehicle preparation
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
