Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative / Collections Specialist to support a high-priority client portfolio within a creditor’s rights law firm. This position is responsible for handling consumer communications, account inquiries, payment arrangements, and account resolution support while maintaining accurate documentation and strict adherence to firm policies and procedures. The role requires consistent professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven legal environment where accuracy and reliability directly impact client satisfaction and operational performance.
Candidates must have a working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Regulation F, along with a general understanding of applicable federal and state debt collection laws and regulations. The role requires strict adherence to compliance standards, confidentiality requirements, and firm policies governing consumer communication, documentation accuracy, and account handling procedures.
Experience RequiredA minimum of three (3) years of customer service, collections, banking, financial services, legal support, or receivables management experience is required, with collections experience strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a consistent work history with reliable attendance and performance.
Compensation$22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience, plus full benefits.
