Multi-Site Leasing Consultant - Luxury High-Rise Living in Buckhead

AMLI Lenox and AMLI Flatiron is searching for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team and help create an exceptional living experience for our residents.

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be the heart of our community-welcoming prospective residents, showcasing upscale apartments, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. You'll also have the opportunity to plan exciting resident events and apply your marketing skills to promote our luxury lifestyle.

What You'll Do:

* Be the face of AMLI Lenox & AMLI Flatiron
- Greet and engage with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight the unique features of our communites.

* Drive occupancy success - Convert prospects into residents through relationship-building, follow-ups, and strategic marketing via phone, internet, and social media.

* Ensure smooth leasing processes - Handle all administrative tasks, including lease preparation, documentation, and accurate data entry.

* Create an exceptional resident experience - Provide prompt, high-quality customer service to new and existing residents, addressing any requests or concerns.

* Market & network - Foster relationships with local businesses, apartment locator services, and community partners to generate traffic and maintain visibility.

* Be a brand ambassador - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and AMLI's unique value to maintain a competitive edge.

* Host unforgettable resident events - Plan and execute community events that enhance the resident experience and strengthen our sense of community.

What We're Looking For:

️ 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience - Experience in leasing or real estate is a plus!

️ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

️ Passion for creating outstanding resident experiences

️ Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays off!)

️ High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus
