Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Fiber Coordinator to support national accounts operations within a fast‑paced recycling and logistics environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for suppliers, customers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure the smooth movement of recyclable materials from distribution centers and manufacturing facilities to processing locations and customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, data entry, and administrative skills who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Account and Logistics Coordination
  • Process supplier and customer orders, inquiries, and shipment requests.
  • Schedule and monitor weekly pickups and deliveries based on allocation requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely transportation and delivery.
  • Track shipments and proactively address scheduling changes or transportation issues.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels through effective communication with supply teams.
  • Respond to shipment discrepancies and quality concerns with urgency and professionalism.
Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Handle inquiries regarding shipments, invoices, and payments.
  • Research and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate account information and documentation within company systems.
Administrative Support
  • Perform high‑volume data entry and record maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of supplier payments and customer invoices.
  • Update customer and supplier account information as needed.
  • Support onboarding activities for new accounts.
  • Assist with training new team members and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a customer service, administrative support, or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry and database management experience.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in a high‑volume support, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service environment.
