Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Coordinator to join our team in Hampton, Georgia. In this in-office role, you will manage mystery shopping and customer experience programs from setup through completion for assigned client accounts. You will serve as the key point of contact between clients and independent shoppers, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts, including project setup, monitoring, and completion
  • Build and maintain mystery shopping projects within the SASSIE platform, ensuring all guidelines and questionnaires are accurate
  • Recruit, assign, and coordinate independent mystery shoppers, following up on incomplete or late assignments
  • Review and edit shopper reports for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and completeness to ensure they meet client standards
  • Communicate with clients regarding shop status, updates, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and deliver monthly executive summaries and client reports
  • Track project metrics, maintain organized records, and close completed shops within the SASSIE system
  • Assist with special projects and additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including customer service and interpersonal abilities, to build positive, professional relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage client correspondence, edit and review reports, and document program details
  • Solid account management capabilities to support multiple client programs, track deliverables, and ensure client expectations are met on time and within scope
  • Applied analytical skills to review program data, identify trends or issues, and prepare clear, actionable summaries for clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with SASSIE, CRM, or other project management platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Hampton, GA, collaboratively while also taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in client services, account coordination, mystery shopping, hospitality, market research, or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
