Bilingual Customer Service Representative

BROOKHAWN, GA (Onsite – Monday–Friday)

We’re partnering with a growing insurance organization in the Atlanta area looking to add a Claims Customer Service Representative to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and enjoys helping customers navigate insurance questions and claims.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and providers
• Answer questions around insurance policies, benefits, and coverage
• Support customers through the claims process
  , including status updates and issue resolution
• Aim for one-call resolution whenever possible
• Assist providers with claim submission and reimbursement questions
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
• Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex claims or service issues

• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
• Insurance or healthcare experience (Medicare/claims strongly preferred)
• Exposure to claims processing or claim adjudication is a big plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex info clearly
• Comfortable using CRM or customer service systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support a diverse customer base
