Coordinate meal counts with customer counts for each days flights;
Review assigned flights with the customers onboard service crew;
Check flight inside the unit for the flight being reviewed on the field (if required);
Handle calls, keep logs, communicate problems and delays, and handle relevant paperwork;
Clearly communicate with the onboard service staff flight components, passenger counts, special meals, crew meals
