Customer Service Agent

Overview

Join the Champion Window team as a Customer Service Agent in our Philly office. You will provide excellent phone support to our customers.

Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50

• Inbound customer phone calls
• Creating and updating service requests
• Processing payments
• Answering customer questions regarding existing installs and service requests
• Resolving minor customer conflicts
• Processing online inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, office, or call center environments
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
• Strong, accurate data entry skills
• Process-focused; structure and consistency is key
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge is a plus
