We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing Heating, Cooling & Plumbing team.

In this role, you'll be the hub of our daily operations—coordinating technician schedules, optimizing routes, communicating with customers, and ensuring every service call runs as efficiently as possible. Schedule
  • Full-Time | In-Office
  • Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require
  • On-call support as needed
  • Weekend and evening shifts may be eligible for remote work
Position Requirements
  • Experience with dispatching, scheduling software, and CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment
  • Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics (HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Service Titan, Microsoft Office, and general office technology
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Position Responsibilities
  • Routing & Logistics:
    Dispatch technicians based on location, skill set, and availability to maximize efficiency.
  • Customer Communication:
    Provide appointment updates, real-time ETAs, and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Customer Service:
    Answer incoming calls and emails professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Administrative Support:
    Manage daily emails and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Parts & Purchase Orders:
    Coordinate part deliveries and process purchase orders.
  • Work Orders:
    Create, update, and close work orders with accurate documentation.
  • Phone Support:
    Assist with inbound calls during peak business hours.
  • Team Coordination:
    Partner with the CSR team to manage daily call volume and optimize technician schedules.
