The Parking Ambassador is committed to providing world‑class service for all State Farm Arena parking assets for all events, protecting, safeguarding guests, employees, and their vehicles. This position creates a positive first impression with world‑class service.

The role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.00.

This job will remain open until October 9, 2026.

• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
• Maximize the number of vehicles per lot.
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Handle cash—collect cash and/or coupons and maintain the security of cash.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
• Control and monitor entry to guests’ and employees’ parking lots.

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service and technology handling abilities are a must.
• Polite, friendly, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
