Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day‑to‑day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions‑oriented manner.
- Advise walk‑in clients about service information and project preparation.
- Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
- Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
- Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
- Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
- Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; perform other tasks as needed across departments.
Minimum Qualifications (BMQ)
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience 1‑2 years.
- Additional preferences:
Experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening.
- Client‑focus.
- Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM).
- Prioritization and on‑time execution of tasks.
- Process improvement.
- Problem‑solving and solution orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions as a result of active listening.

- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
Position is full‑time Monday - Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm). Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Atlanta, GA are encouraged to apply.
Pay rate: $19/hr.
