Position Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day‑to‑day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions‑oriented manner.
• Advise walk‑in clients about service information and project preparation.
• Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; perform other tasks as needed across departments.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience 1‑2 years.
• Additional preferences:
  Experience working in a laboratory setting.

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Position is full‑time Monday - Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm). Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Atlanta, GA are encouraged to apply.

Pay rate: $19/hr.
