Christian Brothers Mechanical is looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Austell, GA. As a locally owned and operated HVAC company serving our community since 1999, we have built our reputation on reliability, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a dependable and organized Service Dispatcher who can help keep our technicians productive, our customers informed, and our daily operations running smoothly. This position plays an important role in connecting customers, technicians, and our office team while solving problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, confirm visits, and follow up with customers
• Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Maintain accurate technician schedules and dispatch boards
• Create, update, and manage work orders in company systems
• Provide technicians with important job details, customer information, parts updates, and schedule changes
• Register equipment and maintain accurate customer records
• Help identify scheduling challenges and find solutions quickly
• Support a positive customer experience from the first call through job completion

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• HVAC or related industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy service environment
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn HVAC products, systems, and processes
