Position: Guest Experience Associate (Part-Time)

Job Summary

Guest Experience Associate will welcome and host guests to experience the history and future of The Coca‑Cola Company, its brand, portfolio of beverages, and its people. As an Ambassador, you bring the World of Coca‑Cola attraction and night‑time event business to life through extraordinary service and attention to each guest while sharing key messages.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Provide exemplary guest service to all internal and external guests, selling tickets, providing access control, checking in groups, pulsing guest traffic into theaters or galleries, restocking/replenishing stations, delivering supplies, making public announcements, assisting guests with special access and way finding.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding The Coca‑Cola Company core values while driving brand awareness and encouraging lasting customer relationships.
  • Support Facilities VIP Tours and School Group Tours using scripts and talking points as provided in the program guidelines.
  • When scheduled and trained for admissions/ticketing: operate ticketing system, reconcile cash transactions, meet sales goals (City Pass, Upgrades), handle sensitive information with care such as addresses and credit card numbers.
  • Evacuate guests throughout the building in an emergency and assist those needing special assistance when appropriate.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding timeliness, attendance and time‑clock procedures.
  • Maintain specified appearance standards for front‑of‑house presentation.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor while in the presence of guests and ambassadors.
  • Monitor guests and surrounding areas for potential safety concerns or hazards and adhere to World of Coca‑Cola safety procedures.
  • Work quickly as a team to help maintain the cleanliness of exhibits, galleries and theaters.
  • Interact with guests with differing abilities in a respectful and appropriate manner, enforcing inclusion training provided by The Coca‑Cola Company and World of Coca‑Cola.
  • Handle guest situations in a professional, quick, thorough and respectful manner.
  • Complete all required training as assigned regarding Life Safety, Evacuation, PCI Compliance, and ADA.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions successfully in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Other duties as assigned by World of Coca‑Cola Leadership Team.
Physical Requirements

Continuous walking and/or standing for 6‑8 hours, climb or navigate multiple levels via stairs or elevator, continuous exposure to outdoors temperatures, lift objects up to 20 pounds, push/pull objects up to 50 pounds, navigate dark and enclosed spaces, work in noisy, crowded, tight spaces.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year experience in the themed attraction industry, hospitality industry, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills, multi‑lingual skills a plus.
  • Proven ability to adapt to change, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Mathematical proficiency using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals including American units of money.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in a standardized method.
Skills

Ability to adapt to change and handle problems and procedures related to ticketing, safety, and guest experience. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Pay Range

United States: $16,848 – $19,843 per year, base pay may vary based on geography and experience.

Location

Atlanta, United States. Travel required 0%–25%. Relocation not provided.
