• Take proactive ownership of customer issues & complaints; troubleshoot problems, and see them through to resolution.
• Assist customers in achieving great value from Univar Solutions by optimally and proactively managing all orders in a timely manner (beginning to end). Handle department requirements and standards on order entry and accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally with all teams; raise unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document knowledge, order status, order issues, customer complexities, issue resolution, customer and internal contact as required.
• Improve policy, procedures, and technology to more effectively enable the end-to-end process, relationships, and value.
• Be a partner to your Field Sellers assisting in driving deep customer relationships, upselling, using data and analyst that anticipate customer’s needs and buying trends.
• Maintain high Net Promoter Scores Ongoing.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school degree required.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio.
• 3+ years B2B service management experience, with consistent track record and history of building successful relationships with customers.
• Strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Experience in distribution and/or chemical industry is desirable.
