About the Role
Position:
Customer Liaison – Call Center (Coeur d'Alene, ). Full‑time 37‑hour week, shift 9:00AM – 6:00PM (shift may vary). Salary $15.75 + DOE.
This position works under minimal supervision in a multi‑line telephone system, handling inquiries, directing calls, and maintaining strict confidentiality of customer financial information. The liaison cooperates with all branches and departments to provide friendly, courteous, professional service.
Duties and Responsibilities- Answer multi‑line phone system within service guidelines.
- Assist customers professionally and courteously, maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
- Learn all bank products and services to retain customers, spot sales opportunities and refer business.
- Order new ATM/Debit card requests and handle existing card requests.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Learn the 8‑step process to discuss HPC products with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Word and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills to manage a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to multi‑task and handle complex tasks efficiently; strong organizational skills.
- Math skills.
- Knowledge of Mountain West Bank products & procedures.
- At least 6months of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Jack Henry systems.
- Previous call‑center experience.

The role requires routine indoor work in a climate‑controlled shared work area with moderate noise. It involves sitting for 6–8hours per day, occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10pounds. Employees must be able to operate office equipment and may need to work extended hours or travel off‑site as required.
