The Atlanta Braves Guest Services team is dedicated to creating positive memories and experiences for each fan we encounter through our welcoming attitudes, proactive service, dedication to excellence, and our desire to make each guest a part of the Braves family.

If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy being a team player, consider joining the Guest Services team as a part of Gameday Staff for the 2026 season! A Guest Services role may be for you if: you are prepared to work approximately 85% of the games following your potential hire date, can report 2.5 hours before first pitch and remain on‑site for up to an hour after the last out, can stay active for a minimum of 6 hours, can work in various weather conditions, and have reliable transportation ensuring you can commute to and from work for all games, including instances of weather delays or extra innings.

• Handling special requests
• Creating memorable moments
• Resolving issues
• Assisting Members with navigating the MLB Ballpark App and Ticketmaster

• Assisting guests by pushing wheelchairs with our complimentary service
• Warmly welcoming guests
• Proactively offering assistance as needed

• Staffing guest services booth locations with timely and professional problem‑solving
• Facilitating ticket package redemptions
• Managing the lost and found process

• Warmly welcoming guests as their first point of contact and ensuring they leave with a fond farewell
• Stationed at entry gates, assisting guests at gate queues
• Scanning tickets as they enter the ballpark
• Facilitating the distribution of playbills and promotional items

• Warmly welcoming and hosting groups in hospitality spaces such as Hank Aaron Terrace, Below the Chop, & the Home Depot Clubhouse
• Ensuring guests have appropriate ticketed access to these areas

• Warmly welcoming and hosting Atlanta Braves Premium Members and their guests for the duration of their visit
• Ensuring guests have the appropriate ticketed access to specific areas, including suites, club environments, and ticketed seats
• Anticipating and fulfilling the needs of these premium guests to enhance their overall experience

• Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival at their section and assisting them in locating their correct seat
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Braves A‑List Members (season ticket holders)
