Bilingual Customer Service Specialist; Spanish

Customer Service Representative – Provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role involves assisting customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and store services, operating point‑of‑sale and related equipment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary: $14 per hour to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Full‑time position.

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Team hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
• Operate point‑of‑sale system, printers, and store equipment
• Process orders and provide product/service recommendations
• Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Retail/POS software experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods
