Project Assistant

Description We are looking for dependable Project Assistants to support a Contract assignment at a job seeker event. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for attendees and employer guests, helping create an organized and welcoming experience throughout the event. This opportunity is well suited for individuals with strong customer service skills who are comfortable assisting visitors in a fast-paced, public-facing setting.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome employers and event attendees in a courteous and attentive manner upon arrival

- Manage registration area activities to keep check-in lines moving efficiently and accurately

- Verify attendee entry by scanning tickets and confirming event access as directed

- Provide clear guidance to job seekers and employers regarding registration flow and event procedures

- Answer basic questions and offer on-site support to help create a positive event experience

- Maintain a neat, business-casual appearance and represent the event team effectively at all times Requirements - Prior experience in customer service, event support, or front-desk assistance is preferred

- Ability to communicate clearly and interact professionally with a wide range of people

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent public interaction

- Strong attention to detail when checking in guests and handling registration tasks

- Reliable attendance and punctuality for the scheduled event assignment

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of an on-site team Talent Match®
