We specialise in providing high-quality, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for outstanding service and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and passionate about delivering a positive customer experience that reflects our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and our website with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed information about our green cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling availability.
- Efficiently manage the booking and scheduling of cleaning appointments for our residential and commercial clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Liaise with our cleaning staff to coordinate schedules and communicate specific client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and appointment details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Process payments, manage billing enquiries, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Actively gather customer feedback to help our team continuously improve service quality.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client relations, or administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
