The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming community environment. This position is responsible for assisting residents, managing building access, coordinating resident requests, and supporting daily property operations.
This position is for the Night Shift- 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk.
- Monitor and control building access while maintaining community security procedures.
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate package acceptance, logging, and resident notification procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, packages, incident reports, and resident communications.
- Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with the management and maintenance teams to ensure resident needs are addressed.
- Provide communication and assistance in absence of management.
- Monitor common areas and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, concierge, or multifamily experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
