We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Insurance Administrative & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role primarily involves servicing clients while also having the ability to ask for the sale when appropriate. Integrity and a great personality are essential for success in this position. The base pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour
, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects.
  • Generate insurance quotes to help clients understand their options
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified time frames.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Makes timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties including communication, documentation, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ordering supplies.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to obtain or already have a Property & Casualty license.
  • Prior Experience working in an independent insurance agency is required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
