This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communication, processing orders, offering product information, handling complaints, and collaborating with different departments to enhance the customer experience. The representative will also be expected to uphold Dornbracht’s reputation for quality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong ability to enhance Customer Experience and handle inquiries with professionalism
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in navigating CRM tools and software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in the luxury or design industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education are an advantage
