Senior Representative, Customer Order Management

** What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health*
* Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

** Responsibilities*
* + Takes proactive approach in preventing customer issues

+ Communicates with customers through email, inbound and outbound phone calls

+ Generates customer reports as needed

+ Works closely with Cardinal Health Sales Representatives, Field Service Representatives, Inventory and other internal departments to resolve customer issues

+ Responsible for group mailbox tasks and workflow

+ Participates in and/or leads special projects as designated by leadership

+ Supports both front and back-office functions

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma preferred

+ Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required

+ Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred

* + Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments

+ In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area

+ Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently

+ May modify process to resolve situations

+ Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments

+ May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members

** Anticipated hourly range:**  $18.70 per hour - $24.12 per hour
